Article 1 : Definitions

In the remainder of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned below will have the same meaning as in its definition, namely:

• « Distance Contract » : any contract related to goods or services between “Fly Desert Ballooning” and any Customer/client within the framework of a system of sale or services of distance service coordinated by “Fly Desert Ballooning” which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet network until the completion of the contract, including the closure of the contract itself.
• « Customer » : any person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that are not part of his/her professional activity.
• « Purchase Order » : document that indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Customer and that must be signed by him/her by a “double click” in order to be committed.
• « Order » : an act whereby the customer undertakes to buy products and that « “Fly Desert Ballooning” » is engaged to deliver them.

Article 2 : Price

The prices mentioned on the website are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (Dhs) excluding tax. They are valid at the time of the search by the customer and are those used at the time of the order.

VAT is calculated in the purchase order according to the rate relevant and used on the day of the order. Any change in the rate will be automatically reflected on the products price. The order form and transactions are made in Moroccan dirhams (Dhs).

The company “Fly Desert Ballooning” reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of the validation of the order.

Article 3 : Payment

To pay your order, you choose the suitable payment method among those offered by “Fly Desert Ballooning” at the payment page. In this case, the delivery of the transaction for debiting page. Article 4 : Retraction

• In more than 24h before the flight date, the customer will benefit from a full reimbursement of the amount paid.
• In less than 24h before the flight date, 30% of the amount paid will be deducted in favor of the company.

Article 5 : Confidentiality of Data

The information requested is necessary for the processing of your order and is treated confidentially; you have the right to rectify the data that concerns you. You may receive advertisements from « “Fly Desert Ballooning” » unless you have specified that you refuse the use of your personal data for its purposes.

Article 6 : Proof of transactions paid by credit card

The data recorded by the CMI on the Multi-channel payment platform on behalf of “Fly Desert Ballooning” is a proof of all the commercial transactions between the client and “Fly Desert Ballooning”.

Article 7 : Major Forces

“Fly Desert Ballooning” is only bounded by the fulfillment of its obligations to the extent that no event of major forces prevents them.
